General Policies
Our priority is to take care of you and all your beauty needs. No-shows and cancellations affect our staff and our clients significantly. Effective May 1, 2021, SHE. Salon & Formal Dress Boutique requires all guests to have a valid credit card on file to hold appointment times. Upon checkout, guests may use payment of choice, such as gift cards, cash, or a difference card.
Late Cancel Policy
SHE. graciously appreciates a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow us time to accommodate other guests wanting to book appointments. It also ensures that our team of professionals’ time is being filled. Late cancellations, or reschedules, will be charged 50% of services scheduled.
No-Show Policy
SHE. will charge 100% of services scheduled for no-shows. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours or less will be considered a no-show. Please understand that SHE. has to pay our professionals, even when a person does not show for their appointment. Our licensed professionals are here to provide the best service in Cedar City and its surrounding areas. This policy will enable us to retain the best staff at all times.
Late Policy
Guests who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule their appointment, so as to not affect our punctual guests, as well as your services. Clients that do not honor their appointment times will be charged 100% for the missed services.
Reminder texts are provided out of courtesy to remind clients of their appointment times. It is then your responsibility to carry through with your appointment time.
